OCHARU is a small tea room where travelers rediscover Japanese tea mid-journey. Rather than a formal lecture on etiquette, we focus on the why behind each gesture — through conversation, not recitation.

Our tea masters guide every step in English, so first-timers can relax into the hour without worrying about "doing it right." Small groups only, so there's always time for questions.

Begin with a rare black tea from Shizuoka and a light sweet — its fruity, floral notes open the hour ahead.
